This is a lower bracket tubing connector for the clothes rack that polysquare provided a top bracket for, in https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3354664. (Thank you, polysquare - very nice design.) I designed this lower bracket to be used with 3/4 inch electrical metal tubing conduit (EMT). Two of these, and two of the top brackets from polysquare will be required for the whole rack. Also, four ends for the tubing are needed, which I haven't designed yet. Crutch tips would work well. The idea is to put two shorter lengths of EMT where the holes go all the way through the lower brackets. Those serve as the feet for the clothing rack. One length of tubing connects the two lower brackets, two lengths serve as vertical posts, and another length connects the two top brackets. The model has been updated (July 18, 2019) to make the holes slightly larger for a better fit. To accommodate 3/4 inch EMT, I recommend printing this lower bracket at 100%, and polysquare's upper bracket at 122% of full size. I rotated this lower bracket on the bed so that three tube ends all contact the bed, then printed it with support attached to the bed only. I printed in PLA at 0.2mm layers with a 0.4mm nozzle. I sliced in Prusa Slicer, using supports for everything less than 15 degrees, with enforced support for the first 30 layers.
