Human: This simple pulley design is meant to be attached to walls, making it easy to "pivot" string without hassle. You may wonder, "Why would I ever attach a pulley to my wall, amoebaboy123?" But fear not, quizical internet traveler, for I'm here to explain the logic behind this quirky idea. Have you ever been in bed late at night, exhausted and ready to sleep, only to be roused by the need to turn off your light? It's a classic battle: will to sleep vs. will to flip switch! Or maybe you've stumbled out of bed in the morning, tripping over objects or stubbing toes due to the lack of lighting. Both scenarios are far from ideal. That's where this ingenious solution comes in – simply reach over and pull a string to control your light with ease! If you're interested in trying it out, dear reader, be sure to check out the step-by-step instructions! Instructions Attach pulleys above and below your light switch, as well as two more adjacent units within arm's reach of your bed. Next, secure two strings to the switch and thread one string through the upper pulley and then through a nearby unit near your bed. Pull the string taut to minimize slack, then attach it securely to the wall, leaving enough room for a comfortable grip. Finally, thread the second string through the lower pulley and through the remaining open slot in the pulley by your bed, securing it to the wall once more. And that's all you need to do – simple as can be! P.S. Don't even think about asking; yes, I indeed enjoy using tape quite a bit!
