Just a small extender pole to fit on the original. Follow original steps. If the holes are a little lose, tape together or a dab of superglue. The taller the stake the less robust it is, but i found adding one or two with some tape still gave plenty of structure. Parts 1 and 2 are direct from the original, just put here for easy download.
