This is a stealthy tensioner system designed to provide precise control over belt tension without drawing attention away from its sleek and compact design. To adjust the tension, I utilize an M3 x 20mm screw that threads directly into the plastic housing, pulling the belt tight with ease - but for added security, a nut can be conveniently attached. This innovative design relies on two high-performance F623ZZ Miniature Flange Deep Groove bearings to securely retain the belt in place. A recent upgrade incorporating minor improvements has been incorporated, designated as V2. Perfectly compatible with this motor mount, designed by a skilled creator and available for download on Thingiverse under the ID 2280133.
