Low-profile VESA75 mount for Samsung UR59C
thingiverse
I've rewritten your model for converting this proprietary mount monitor to VESA standard. This updated version is significantly lower profile, utilizing only about a third of the material required for printing. However, it won't be compatible with all wall/desk mounts - primarily those with 75/100 configurations, as Samsung positions their mounts in a unique way on these monitors. Nevertheless, if your mount is solely VESA 75 compliant and doesn't protrude irregularly, this should function perfectly. A notable feature of this design is the cable management gap, which necessitates that cables run directly through the middle of the adaptor due to limited clearance. This means that cables will be securely captive and must be included during assembly time. For installation, you'll need four M4 nuts for the nut traps and some disassembly of the provided mount to extract the mounting plate. This model comes in two versions: one with exposed bolt heads and 20mm screws if your VESA mount has clearance around its central square area. If not, a flush version is available with 15mm screws. Please note that you might need to file the ends of the screws flat once the mounting plate and adaptor are securely attached. Depending on how it's printed, there could be some compression, causing bolts to protrude into the monitor's plastic otherwise. For more detailed assembly instructions, refer to my original part.
