Low profile toe clamp system for Tormach xsTech Router
thingiverse
This is an x-y zero reference clamp system designed for the Tormach xsTech Router specifically. The L-bracket allows you to keep your same x-y zero references easily when mass producing parts. It has screw holes spaced every thirty millimeters so it should also work well on other T-Slot tables as well. Included STLs and Fusion 360 part files, so you can modify the design if needed. Update 4/8/2020: - Added an extended rail option for more support on the L Bracket. - Added an option for a lower profile Toe Clamp Foot - This requires a regular nut rather than the wing nut that comes with the xsTech. This is preferred because it opens up the top of the toe clamp to just have one wing nut reserved for part removal. Background: I needed a side clamping system so I could do facing and chamfer operations, and found firecardenal's "Grapas de Sujecion" part. I modified it to work with the screws that come with the Tormach xsTech, so no additional hardware is necessary, only a 3D printer.
