I wanted to install a custom mount on my XV-01 Tamiya Long Damper spec chassis without compromising its integrity, so I engineered a low-profile rear velcro strip mount that doesn't require cutting holes in the body. The shelf surface is intentionally thin, allowing it to conform seamlessly to the curved lexan and flex with the body within reason. If needed, I can modify this design to create a thicker shelf for added support.
