Low Profile Spool Holder - BLV Compactable - M3 Remix

I decided I wanted to print the LPSH as a replacement to the current one I was using for external spools. While Laisch design is fantastic, it used a bill of materials with many fixings I didn't have and it wasn't compatible with the BLV AMS riser I use.See Laisch write up for how this spools holder works and is assembled, as Laisch has done a great job of this. Here is a list of the changes I have made:Changed bottom profile of main frame and clamps to work with the BLV riser.Added holes in the bottom so if I stop using the BLV riser I can add a packer piece.Reduced the bill of materials required.Added stubs to the main frame to hold the elastic bands. All holes resized for M3 screws and nuts.Holes for the PTFE tube holder have been threaded instead of having to self tap.PTFE tube holder has a hole for the PTFE tube to pass straight through. If the tube wears it can just be snipped back, whereas the original design had a tight hole and the filament seems very likely to wear the hole and therefore the part.Design is based on the PLA rollers. If you wanted to use the TPU ones you can source from original model. All parts moved on to one build plate and designed to be used with the AMS that has 5 slots spaced about 40mm apart.I also have a couple of assemble notes:Pop a screw through the bearing posts first. There is a 1 layer bridge between the screw hole and nut hole to avoid using supports. The holes for the nuts are a tight fit and may need to forced in. I wanted them to be locked in place when assembling. The PTFE hole may need to be opened up slightly. Again wanted it to be a snug fit so it is gripped in place. Not covered in the original write up, the clearance on the PTFE guide is tight. I had to force it to twist with pilers, mainly due to its size. Also not covered in the original write up, it is fiddly getting the clamp brackets in to the AMS. I did it while fully loaded and in place but would suggest having the AMS on a table ideally.Bill of Materials:4 x small rubber bands.4 x 608 bearings1 x PTFE tube9 x M3 nuts9 x M3x12 screwsFor the screws, you can actually use 8-12mm for the PTFE guide and 12-20mm for all the other fittings but using all M3x12 was what I wanted to use.NO HEAT INSERTS REQUIRED :) If anyone would like to know, I printed in Bambu's PLA-CF Lava Gray.
