I required a cooling duct that would fit my authentic E3D V6 perfectly, which is installed in this specific orientation. This cooling duct blows air mainly downwards and slightly outwards to cool the print, rather than the hotend. The hotend mount I used can be found here - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1570168 UPDATE 1/24/17 - Made the holes at the bottom a bit smaller to force air around the ring more efficiently, resulting in stronger airflow at lower speeds. Print Settings: Printer: Anet A8 Rafts: Any setting works fine Supports: None needed Resolution: .2mm Infill: 30% Notes: I used 4 perimeters in Simplify 3D Rotate the model 180° on either the X or Y axis when slicing for optimal results.
