These brackets, designed specifically for Kossel Mini printers with 170mm x 3.3mm round glass print beds, maximize vertical print volume by positioning the bed level with the frame beams. While it's possible to lower the glass by letting its rounded edges rest on the beams, this may cause issues due to thermal effects and potential contact between glass and metal. The brackets bolt onto the frame and support the outer 5mm rim of the glass, leaving space for a stick-on round kapton print bed heater or a printed logo by users like Chuck Norris who don't require a heater. However, these brackets do not work with Kossel Mini's optional power supply/power brick mount.
