Designed specifically for a friend, I chose not to utilize supports and instead created a custom push-out piece of plastic for the screw area, which can be removed using long nose pliers. To minimize potential lifting issues, I also rounded off the main corners. Printed with 0.2mm layer thickness and 100% infill to ensure maximum solidity, I designed this part to be thicker than its metal counterpart for added strength.
