Low Profile Oldham Coupler for Tevo Tarantula (or any 20x40 aluminum extrusion printer)

I required a lower profile Oldham than what was available, so my extruder nozzle would actually touch the bed surface with my inverted dual Z-axis. To achieve this, I came up with a version that works exceptionally well for me! I specifically designed it to be mounted on the lower rail of the 20x40 extrusion, ensuring it wouldn't interfere with the X-carriage travel.
