I designed a lower profile holder for my Genasun GV-5 that features a flat housing, making it easy to connect inputs/outputs with Anderson Powerpoles. To create this housing, I used a 6-32 threaded insert from McMaster Carr, part number 93365A132. While I didn't capture an image before applying the epoxy seal, you can still see how the connectors and lid fit together. This design offers flexibility in positioning the powerpoles, as there is no depth detent to restrict them. The pictures showcase the housing printed with carbon fiber filled PLA.
