Here's a fan guard with a height of only 5mm, which is extremely thin. Since this is just a protective barrier, I figured using an excessively dense or sturdy print would be overkill. Noting that after installing the BLTouch and adding a spacer, the distance between the hotbed screw and the top cover became noticeably smaller. Make sure to use a raft when printing upright to ensure stability.
