Low profile ducted fan for Mendel90 with E3Dv4 hot end

After purchasing a new hot end from E3D-online, I encountered an issue where it wouldn't fit inside my Mendel90's fan duct. To resolve this, I redesigned the duct for better compatibility. The updated duct is specifically designed for a 60 mm fan and features a larger central hole and a slimmer profile that allows it to sit beneath the nozzle cooling fan. This version was created using Cubify Invent and is available in both .FUN and STL file formats. For optimal performance, ensure the duct is air-tight during printing; ABS plastic is recommended due to its proximity to the hot end. Print settings include a 0.3 mm layer height, 0.49 mm width, 50% infill, and a speed of 100 mm/s. The fan is secured with four small self-tapping screws, while the duct attaches to the same brackets as the original design (refer to 'Derived from' link for more details). These brackets can be easily modified in basic CAD software.
