Low Profile Cable Anchor for MK3S

<p>In Chapter 8, step 22 of the Prusa i3 MK3 instructions (<a href="https://manual.prusa3d.com/Guide/8.+Electronics+assembly+(B7-R3+design)/823?lang=en">https://manual.prusa3d.com/Guide/8.+Electronics+assembly+(B7-R3+design)/823?lang=en</a>) the resulting cable bundle was large enough that it still touched the table when the printer was righted.
