Low Profile adjustable Bed Wedge
thingiverse
I needed a low-profile wedge to level out my Ender 3's warped heat bed, especially in the middle. So I designed one based on existing wedges online. Print two wedges to place one on each side of your thermistor pad. Sand their surfaces so they slide smoothly against each other. A bit of plastic-safe grease will also help. Insert a M3 nut into the cutout on the lower wedge and secure it with a M3 x 40mm (35mm works too) nut threaded through the frame. Place the upper wedge on top and adjust the screw as needed. Using a dial indicator, such as Thingiverse's #3015709, can help fine-tune your bed's flatness. This design recommends using high-temperature filaments like PETg or ABS, with a minimum height of 9mm and maximum height of 13.5mm. Each turn of the screw adjusts the level by approximately 0.12mm.
