Needed a lightweight, low-profile shroud that left some room for the wires to run inside my parts cooler's fang. I liked the design of AndrewBCN so modified it to fit the FLSun i3 carriage. This not only helps your cool end do its job but also keeps heat from soaking and eventually warping the carriage. It is designed to be compatible with the stock heatsink fan and rear mounted parts cooler, FLSun i3 compatible fang (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2239300), or dual-blowers (coming soon). A new style shroud is available for e3d v6 upgrade using BFAL's v6 holder (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2130054): https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2721378 4/11 - Updated with a couple mm deeper cutout for the heatsink. 4/12 - Cleaned up and fixed model, reduced stl size. Print Settings: Printer: FLSun i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 100% Notes: Slic3r slicing fine now; I still suggest Cura or something where you can set perimiter thickness to less than three pass widths.
