A Customized Roller Carriage for the FolgerTech Kossel. Designed to Accommodate Ball Bearing Delrin Rollers, an Upgrade from Shower Door Rollers. Originally Fitted with Linear Bearings, This Modification Brings a New Level of Performance. The Modified Design Ensures the Encased Nut Area Spans Through the Entire Part. The Mounting Points Were Moved Towards the Center on Each Side by 1mm for Enhanced Stability. The Roller Support Height and Shape Were Reworked to Optimize Functionality. The Roller Supports Were Carefully Cut Out to Clear the 2020 Extrusion, Ensuring a Perfect Fit. This Upgrade Centers the Tie Rod Carriage Over the Rail, Minimizing the Need for the Tensioner. A Thicker Tie Rod End Carriage or Washers for Belts May Be Required to Clear the Bottom/Top Corners.
