Low Poly Woman

Low Poly Woman

thingiverse

Shots taken by Jean Dzhermakyan. Hello Thingiverse! This is a remix of seriouslea's model with some key edits. The arms were tweaked to print without supports, which was a big improvement. The body form was also altered, with the belly flattened and the rear raised, along with separated thighs. My own make in the picture was 3D printed using Hatchbox Wood PLA at 200 Microns, and it turned out great! We then sanded it post-print with progressively finer grits (400, 800, 1000, 1200), followed by a stain job with MinMax Special Walnut. The result is truly amazing - it doesn't look like it was 3D printed at all, and feels incredibly smooth to the touch! You can print this however you want; just pick your preferred settings. I'd like to thank seriouslea for creating the model that started it all. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Original Prusa i3 MK2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: Any Infill: Any
