A low poly model of the iconic WW2 Willys MB Jeep is available, boasting accurate details and proportions. Included textures are 2048x2044 in size - featuring color maps with separated layers for AO, decals, and specular on an alpha channel, 2k and 1k textures for wheels and jerrycans, normal maps at 2k and 1k, and emission maps for lights. The texture is designed for scaling, making it ideal for mobile games. The Jeep, universally known as “Jeep”, is a mechanized legend, labelled an “International Historic Mechanical Engineering Landmark” in 1991 by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. In post-war years, it inspired the civilian 4x4 concept and was copied worldwide, with nearly a million built by 1968 in the USA alone. The Willys MB was the mass-production version, modified according to army field operation reports and simplified design. It had a welded flat iron “slat” radiator grille for the initial 25,000 deliveries, later replaced by the familiar stamped, slotted steel grille - an original Ford design. Willys produced 361,339 Jeeps until the end of the war, including 25,808 with the slat radiator grille and 335,531 with the stamped steel grille. The MB retained the MA windshield design for some time before switching to a new model.
