Hi, I really enjoyed working with the original model, but encountered issues when printing with larger nozzles like 0.6 and 0.8mm. So I designed a new shell to seal the gaps in the cape. I also incorporated tree supports using Flashprint and exported the file through Meshmixer to refine it. I printed a massive version on my CR10s, and I'm extremely pleased with the outcome. To match the original size, you'll need to scale the Vader Body up to 200%, but feel free to scale it as small or large as you prefer. My smallest successful print was 50% of the original size, and I successfully printed at 270% (check out the pictures). I skipped using the connector altogether, opting for a simple glue job.
