A low poly model of Imperial Japan's WW2 Type 95 Kurogane car showcases remarkable realism with its meticulously designed details and proportions. The high-resolution 2048x2048 texture, separated into distinct layers for AO, decals, and colors, allows for smooth scaling in mobile games. Tracks and wheels use a second, 1024x1024 texture to provide realistic functionality. Developed by Tokyu Kurogane Industries between 1936 and 1944, approximately 4,700 Type 95 scout cars were built. This completely Japanese-designed vehicle holds a significant place in history as the only reconnaissance car ever used by the Imperial Japanese Army. Civilians, rather than military vehicles, made up the majority of their inventory. Accommodating three people – two in the front and one in the back – the Type 95 was equipped with an air-cooled gasoline engine. The two-cylinder V-twin four-stroke design produced 33 PS at 3,300 rpm, making it a suitable choice for cold climates such as those found in China. Furthermore, its four-wheel drive system ensured stable movement using a gearshift activated transfer case to engage the front wheels. Manufactured without weapons or armor, the Type 95 served as an unarmored vehicle solely designed for reconnaissance purposes. This model serves strictly as a visual representation of the historic vehicle and carries no contemporary military, political, or ideological ties. Its purpose remains in promoting artistic value and showcasing historical detail.
