There are a total of 17 textures in the zip file, with half being normal maps and the others being albedo, roughness, and bump maps. Texture sizes range from 1k to 4k. The mesh contains a total of 3450 tris and 1723 faces. It's primarily composed of quads, but some triangles and polygons are present in select areas and won't cause any issues. Although the normal maps aren't perfect, they have few jagged edges that only become noticeable when zoomed in to that level. The blend file includes all textures packed inside.
