I'm feeling a bit anxious today. I think it's because I've been stuck inside all day and I really need to get outside and move around. I feel like my body is just cooped up and ready to burst free. But, at the same time, I don't know if I can handle being out in public right now. It feels overwhelming and crowded. I guess what I'm saying is that I'm feeling a bit stuck and unsure of how to break free from this funk I'm in.
