Greetings! This text describes a low poly model created in 3ds Max and textured with Substance Painter 2. The object is centered at coordinates (0, 0, 0). Available file formats include 3DS, OBJ, and FBX (in Max's native format). The scene features a chair with 1194 polygons and 1225 vertices, as well as a table with 1134 polygons and 1137 vertices. Textures are provided in TGA format at a size of 1024 x 1024 pixels. These include normal maps, AO maps, roughness maps, diffuse maps, metalness maps, height maps, and ambient occlusion maps.
