Low Poly Panzer IV G medium tank Low-poly 3D model
cgtrader
The Low Poly model encompasses a German World War II Panzer IV G medium tank, featuring accurate details and proportions. It comes with 2048x2048 textures, including color maps (with AO, decals on separate layers, and specular on the alpha channel at 2k; wheels at 1k), normal maps at 2k and 1k, and emission maps for lighting. The texture is designed for scaling and is ideal for mobile games. Originally equipped with the AP Panzergranate, the low-velocity gun of the Panzer IV was inadequate against well-armored tanks. However, it underwent several upgrades, leading to the Ausf.G (previously F2), which had a 7.5 cm KwK 40 L/43 gun from Rheinmetall, with muzzle velocity of 990 m/sec and penetration capability of 77 mm armor up to 1850m distance. The first prototype was produced in November 1941, with production starting on the F2 standard. By July 1942, 175 Ausf.G tanks were delivered, replacing the F2 designation in June 1942. Both types were known as Sd.Kfz.161/1 and underwent further modifications during production.
