This is a set of modern industrial building models designed to complement existing minimalist-style props in my collection. The collection features 5 buildings that can be used together to create complex scenes. *The first image shows a potential use case where the building set is utilized in a simple harbor scene.* Each building was simply rotated and scattered around, demonstrating its flexibility as a prop. This specific scene is not included with the product. These models were originally created using 3ds Max 2009. They are ideal for use as mid-to-distant props for backgrounds in animations or still images. The buildings can also be used as real-time assets in games due to their efficiency. Each model is scaled accurately to real-world measurements in meters. With a total of 7853 polygons, the models boast a relatively low polycount and are made up primarily of quads. This results in efficient rendering and less strain on system resources. *Key features:* Polygons: 7853 Vertices: 8109 The set includes multiple materials scenes that are ready to use with both VRay and standard renderers. Each scene is optimized for 3ds Max 2009 and later versions, eliminating the need for any additional plugins or third-party renderers. Objects within the scene are neatly organized in groups and have descriptive names. This ensures that users can easily navigate and manipulate the assets without issue. All exports are drag-and-drop ready and do not include background objects, cameras, or lights. Supported export formats include 3DS, OBJ, FBX, DWG, LWO, XSI, and X. For maximum convenience, two OBJ files with different settings for Cinema4D and Maya have been provided, giving users more flexibility in how they choose to use the model assets.
