This is a detailed collection of modern industrial buildings rendered in a minimalist style, carefully developed to complement similar assets found throughout my portfolio. The entire collection comprises 6 structures, each meticulously crafted with precision and elegance. As an example of this set's capabilities, I've included a preview image showcasing its potential in a simple harbor scene. The buildings depicted were not altered or expanded from their original design; rather, they were merely rotated and strategically placed to create a sense of visual cohesion. The models were first created using 3ds Max 2009 and are specifically designed for use as distant props or backgrounds in animations, photographs, and real-time games. To ensure authenticity, the models have been built on a real-world scale - measuring in meters. Key technical specifications for these models include: Polygons: 13313 Vertices: 13550 While mostly composed of quads, a limited number of triangles were utilized to enhance visual fidelity. Unfortunately, no n-gons are present in this set. The accompanying _.max files provide two distinct scenes for use within 3ds Max 2009 and later versions, including standard and V-Ray materials. For optimal organization and convenience, scene objects have been carefully grouped and labeled accordingly. In order to utilize this product, users require no third-party rendering tools or plug-ins; simply drag-and-drop the assets into their project of choice. Exported formats available for use include: 3DS OBJ (two distinct settings tailored for Cinema4D and Maya) FBX DWG LWO XSI X Both types of OBJ files, as mentioned earlier, are exported with specialized settings designed to integrate seamlessly with these prominent design programs.
