This is low poly micro mummy Taal! He is fully rigged and comes with an idle animation (frame 01-60). Taal is really cranky because actually he just wants to go back to sleep, but the tourists that visit his pyramid keep triggering his alarm curse. Taal has a similar rig to the other micro creatures and can easily be animated.
