The models and textures inside any downloaded files are property of Nintendo/GameFreak, and have been converted into standard formats by Richard Sowden via ROEStudios, and distributed without charge under the Fair Usage Policy U.S.C. 17 section 107, whereby property of another may be uploaded or redistributed (for non-profit) for purposes such as “criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research.” Pictures will be posted later. The tail is extremely fragile, so exercise extreme caution. Two models are available, one with supports already applied, and the other without. Print Settings: Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator (5th Generation) Rafts: Yes Supports: No Notes: Avoid using MakerWare supports at all costs; it will make the print extremely difficult! Instead, use custom supports on MeshMixer or utilize the one I've already created. Be aware that these are fragile. It's recommended to print on low settings. I printed with the Z axis at 10 cm and it took six hours to complete. Standard settings should be avoided. Post-Printing: Cleanup: Simply remove any custom supports you or I may have applied. Painting is optional. How I Designed This: MeshMixer: I used MeshMixer to import the model from ROEstudios.co.uk, reduced its size, and repaired it. Be cautious when repairing, as certain parts of Absol's model may completely disappear if not done correctly.
