Introducing Tree 04, a low poly game asset designed for seamless integration into your Unreal Engine project. The model comes with both high-res and LOD versions (2,204 vertices and 3,000 triangles), along with one UV map and two materials - one for the leaves (with an alpha channel) and another for the bark. Texture-wise, there are 2K diffuse maps with four color variations for the bark, and 1K diffuse maps with four color variations for the leaves, plus generated normal, occlusion, and specular maps.
