I created a low poly dog model on Sunday, utilizing my free time to bring it to life within just a few hours. My design focused on employing numerous quads while minimizing triangles as much as possible. The stl format's reliance on triangles makes it challenging to discern the mesh's quad-heavy structure at first glance. I successfully printed two distinct versions of the model, each with varying sizes. The smaller one stands approximately 4.5cm high, while its larger counterpart is a scaled-up version of the original, boasting a size increase of 230 percent.
