This is just a concept, which hasn't been developed yet but could be feasible to manufacture. To make this model viable, I would likely recommend incorporating tree supports. As mentioned, I haven't had the opportunity to produce this yet, so I'm unable to provide specific guidance on supports or layer heights. Nevertheless, if I were to estimate, a 0.15mm layer height with 20% infill and tree support seems like it could work well for those willing to use that much plastic.
