Well, creating an icosphere in Blender is a great place to start - modify it to your needs and print it out. But why stop there? Let's break this down into a fun puzzle for family or friends to solve together, taking them on a journey from 2D to 3D. Here's the solution based on a regular icosahedron, which is equal to Blender’s icosphere with 1 subdivision. This can be split into 20 identical tiles that fit perfectly together. I made a hole in one tile for easy mounting to a tree using a wire or similar material. In this project, you'll find two versions: 1. Only the individual pieces 2.
