Low Poly Chinese Luohan (Arhat) Statue
thingiverse
This is a low-poly interpretation of an Arhat statue from ancient Chinese Buddhism, part of the Scan the World project on myminifactory.com/object/luohan-british-museum-3399. The figure was crafted during the Liao dynasty, drawing upon sculptural techniques refined in the Tang dynasty. It was discovered along with seven others in a cave within Yi county, Hebei province, northern China, and remarkably, all but one of these statues now reside in Western museums.
