Designing a low-poly Pokémon is an effective way to represent the poor graphic quality of the first Pokémon games. I've found that creating a low-poly version of Charmander is a great starting point for my Low-Poly project, and here it is. This model stands approximately 5cm tall. The picture shows a printed version made with a Prusa i3 3D printer, using a 0.2mm layer height, a 0.5mm nozzle, and printing at 45mm/s speed, all while utilizing a cooling fan – I highly recommend this setup! The model is made from high-quality 3mm PLA material. It was designed to print without support material, although each printer can be different, making it more challenging to print depending on the settings used.
