Low-Poly Bolt Action Rifle Low-poly 3D model

A low poly Bolt Action Rifle is a great addition to any war scene. The package contains the rifle itself, a magazine with 4-5 rounds, .308 ammunition, a scope, and sights. This model features 698 vertices, 636 faces, and 1,308 triangles. It's based on an opened bolt on a Winchester Model 70, with an engine turned finish. Bolt action rifles operate by manually manipulating the bolt to load cartridges into and out of the barrel chamber. When the handle is operated, the bolt unlocks from the receiver, extracting and ejecting spent casings, cocking the firing pin, and loading a new cartridge if available. Bolt-action firearms are most often rifles but can also be found in shotgun and handgun variants. They date back to the early 19th century with examples like the Dreyse needle gun and were standard infantry firearms during both World Wars. Although they have been mostly replaced by semi-automatic and selective-fire firearms in modern military and law enforcement use, bolt-action rifles remain popular for dedicated sniper rifles due to their rugged design. They're also favored by civilians for hunting and target shooting. Compared to other manually operated firearm actions like lever-action and pump-action, bolt action offers an excellent balance between strength, reliability, accuracy, cost, and ease of disassembly and reassembly. The only disadvantage is a slightly lower rate of fire compared to other manual repeating firearms and semi-automatic weapons.
