Its an old school way of making beehives found and scanned in Lithuanian open air Folk Museum. 3D scanning of object produces authentic and realistic textures and manual retopo ensures low poly model with good detail representation. The door of a bee-house is a separate object and can be opened. The interior of bee house is not included. It could be used in any game engine. Textures for PBR are included but materials will have to be created in the engine you are using. Normal maps are tangent space, you might need to flip colors to make it work for your engine. For 3d max files - 2021 version uses arnold and pbr material is used.
