This is a noiseless fanduct for E3D V6 hotend. Noiseless E3D-V5 Fanduct can be found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1755927. Most diagonal positioned fanducts are not only loud but also reduce the nozzle's lifetime. I designed a right angle positioned fanduct to address this issue. This fanduct is compatible with both E3D-V6 standard nozzles (10mm) and volcano nozzles (20mm). The primary goal of creating this fanduct was to improve cooling efficiency, which was lacking in the 30mm fan duct used by E3D-V6. To achieve this, I designed a fan duct that runs continuously at the rear, providing enhanced cooling effects. Additionally, by positioning the fan duct at a right angle, I eliminated the mechanical discomfort caused by the loud noise generated by diagonal positioned fanducts. When using a throttled + nozzle combo, I incorporated additional cooling features to further enhance cooling efficiency. The output material fan duct portion now directs cooling air towards the heatsink (aluminum cooler). To address the issue of the nut breaking when inserting the output material into the tubular structure of existing fanducts, I designed the aluminum cooler to be securely fastened using M3 bolts and M2 screws at the top. This ensures that the output material is securely fixed without any play or wobble. Furthermore, I included a version of this fanduct compatible with Volcano (20mm) nozzles for users who require high-speed performance. Printer settings: GIL3D - D215P, Rafts and Supports: Doesn't Matter, Resolution: 0.2mm, Infill: 20%.
