So I have designed right angle positioned fan duct This fan duct is for both E3D-V5 standard nozzle(10mm) and volcano nozzle(20mm) I created this fan duct with the purpose of 1.E3D-V5 uses 30mm fan ducts that have a slight cooling effect, so I wanted to improve it. The rear fan duct cools continuously while rotating at 40mm to increase cooling effects. And I also aimed to remove the severe mechanical noise caused by diagonal positioning of fan ducts. 2.When using a write-road + nozzle integrated nozzle, I still wanted to add more cooling effects. I added side cooling air to the heat sink (aluminum cooler) for improved cooling effects. 3.Also, the existing fan ducts downloaded from Thingiverse had a cylindrical structure that surrounded the output material. Sometimes, the nut part would break when inserting the output material, so I designed it with aluminum coolers attached on three sides and the top surface to secure them tightly. 4.I also used M3 bolts and M2 bolts at the top to fix it firmly without any looseness during printing. 5.Also, for users who use nozzles at high speeds, I designed a Volcano (20mm) nozzle version as well.
