Human: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2nGow7IuRwQ&feature=youtu.be This is a reduction gear designed specifically for use with motors that have low torque output. Connect the input axle to its profile by fitting it into a square inscribed in a 3.75mm circle. You can use an empty space from a square profile inscribed within at least 4mm to achieve a snug connection, or install the motor connector of 1.70mm.stl if you prefer to rotate the gear manually. Note that this option may not be compatible with all motors. The output axle is comprised of a square inscribed in a 9mm circle. Ensure that each component - axles, spacers, plates, and plate connections - are filed slightly to enable smooth rotation without resistance. Pay particular attention when filing the edges of the components in contact with the heated plate, as they may undergo deformation due to the elephant foot effect. For a tight fit between the top plate and output axle, additional filing will be necessary. Lubricate all moving parts for optimal performance. Pre-installed support features eliminate the need for additional support printing. When preparing your print job, ensure you set no higher than 0.2mm layer height, as the thread requires precise alignment at a 45 degree angle. Please note that custom support designs were developed with 0.1 layer height and a 0.4mm nozzle in mind. In the event you fail to notice skirts around the axle during printing, manually add supports according to your specific print requirements. To avoid layer overheating, each axle must be printed in pairs. Lastly, refrain from attempting to print the Entire Assembly VIEWONLY.stl file as it serves solely as a reference model for visualizing and optimizing print settings before initiating production prints. Print Settings Printer Brand: Ultimaker Print Speed: No rafts used for printing. Printed with no supports to enhance accessibility of internal mechanisms. Resolution of print set at 0.1mm to allow accurate depiction of features. Infill density is 50%
