I got pretty annoyed with how difficult it can be to reach the bulb carriage for the driver side on my VW MK6, so I designed and published a 3D printable tool to make it easier. It's a simple tool consisting of a slot to interface with the carriage tab, and a handle that can still fit and be turned without even removing the fuse box lid. Should work on any MK6 VW with this style headlight housing. May work on others, your mileage may vary. Recommended print orientation is with the slot facing up.
