This design is optimized for the Printrbot Metal Simple printer and should print smoothly without any raft or support. It's designed to spin off the print bed easily with minimal effort required. If the rings are stuck together, try adjusting the filament diameter in your slicing software. I usually start by adding 0.1mm to the measured diameter of the filament I'm using. For example, if my digital calipers measure 1.68mm, I'll tell my slicing software that the filament diameter is 1.78mm.
