Even the Full Rim Tyres are more stable and don't break easy as the one with regular spokes, I don't like the look. So I searched thingiverse for Rims and remixed this as a cover for the Louise White Full Rim. Included several Versions with a Logo which you need to print separately in a different color. Important: Set "horizontal expansion" in Cura to -0.1 mm for the Logo. Then it fits perfectly in the cutout of the Rim Cover. Once fitted, I did heat up a bit with a hot air gun and pushed gently in place and glued everything together. I used glue which stays flexible (not superglue) and is transparent. In my case I used "Pattex Special" for Plastic.
