This is a modified Whistle design that produces 118+db.\nThe design has been made significantly thinner and slightly smaller to increase portability.\nA second hole has also been added, which performs exceptionally well on even the smallest keychain.\nThe original whistle had a tendency to sound poorly if not blown very forcefully, but this version functions adequately even with softer blowing.\nIt still produces an extremely loud sound when blown hard, however.\nThe modified design saves time, plastic, and space while maintaining the same overall quality as the original whistle.\nPrint Settings are as follows:\nPrinter: Monoprice Maker Select (Prusa i3)\nRafts: No\nSupports: No\nResolution: 0.2mm\nInfill: 20%\nI used MeshMixer by Autodesk to modify the original STL file, resulting in an unnecessarily large file.\nThe file contains an excessive number of polygons.\nI manually remeshed specific areas to reduce the size by an additional 30%, but I could not effectively utilize the Reduce function.\nAny suggestions for improving this process are greatly appreciated in the comments section.\nUPDATE\nThanks to curious_pl, I discovered Blender and utilized it to further decrease the mesh's size, resulting in a file of approximately 600kB.\nI apologize for any inconvenience caused by the large file issue; I am still learning and improving my skills.\nAt jzisa's request, I created a video comparing the loudness of this modified whistle to the original V29 Whistle using an iPhone decibel meter.
