This is a remix of the “Christian Louboutin So Kate 120 High Heel Pump woman shoe” make STL from https://www.thingiverse.com/make:523890 by VDrostock, and the “Chef's Knife” STL.
I decided to limit myself to STL editing in PrusaSlicer for this model to learn new, very handy skills. This model will introduce you to the many features of STL modification (move, rotate, split, merge, add negative volume) within PrusaSlicer. This model uses the features of PrusaSlicer heavily in order to make the custom knife slots into the high heel model for the handle and the blade. You can easily customize the model by modifying the knife dimensions (the blade and handle can be “Split” in PrusaSlicer and then they can be made to have different dimensions). You can move and rotate the knife too. You can scale the shoe in X, Y, or Z. You can even mirror the shoe to change it from a right to left shoe in PrusaSlicer (consider printing dueling shoe knife holders, a right and a left shoe). You can also use sinking to make your knife holder have an open bottom (photos of a build with sinking are provided too).
I used the dimensions of my Japanese petty knife for this model, but in the slicer, I increased the Z scaling beyond the physical dimensions of the knife in order to make the handle slot go all the way to the top of the shoe. You can also experiment with supports and variable layer height.

The supplied 3mf was sliced in PrusaSlicer 2.5.0-beta1, which has the new Arachne perimeter generator. I printed with a 0.6 mm nozzle and 0.4 mm layer height in PETG. I found that the STL (the one I attached) did not work well with the classic perimeter generator, at least for my 0.6 mm nozzle size with the high heel shoe scaled down to the size I have it at.

The earlier version with a few millimeters of sinking remixes the high heel STL “Christian Louboutin So Kate 120 High Heel Pump woman shoe” by Simhopp from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1580902, but this STL has separation between the upper and sole. Interestingly, that STL worked better with the classic perimeter generator but not the Arachne perimeter generator. A photo is included showing the missing bottom (and hence filament savings and stability of the knife holder).

The playful title plays on the French word “couteau” and on the name of fashion designer Christian Louboutin to arrive at Loucoutin.
