I'm going to share a DIY project with you that's sure to brighten up any space. Check out this 3D printed "lotus flower" design, which also doubles as a lantern by simply covering the LED light within it. If you're looking for an easy way to make this happen, just slap it onto your mobile phone's flashlight (like on my iPhone). There are two types of designs available - Type A, which combines "lotus_patal.stl" and "lotus_stigma.stl", or Type B, which is simply "lotus.stl". Here's how I printed this beauty: I used the Afinia H480 printer with the following settings: * Printer Brand: Afinia * Rafts: Yes * Supports: Yes * Resolution: 0.15mm * Infill: Hollow I also noted that I used ABS material for printing. Now, let me tell you a little about how I designed this project using Shade 3D Professional ver.15.2.0.
