Lotmaxx SC-10 Filament strain relief guide with bearings
thingiverse
Filament guide for a Lotmaxx CS-10. I tried a few different designs and none of them worked for me. I was still getting that grinding (gritting) noise where the filament enters the runout sensor. So I got an idea from Ponestar619 Filament Strain Relief Guide https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4268991 I slightly changed the overall dimension cause I added a U-grove pulley with two 608 bearings and works like a charm! When bearings installed in the pulley there must be approximately 1mm space on each side of the pulley. I secured the bearings in place with the M5x8mm button head screw and printed washer. For thread preferably use M5 tap! The hole for the screw can be drilled through with5mm drill bit and secured with longer M5 screw and locknut. Note: I USED A SUPPORT BLOCKER TO CHANGE INFILL DENSITY TO 100% FOR THE BEARING SHAFT ALL THE WAY THROUGH.
