This is a straightforward design I created using Autodesk Fusion 360. The objective was to develop a replacement drip tip for the Lost Vape Orion or Origin, as the original tips tend to fall out, get lost, or break easily. I manufactured this item on my Creality Ender 3 printer by utilizing Cura at 100% infill and a layer height of 0.15mm. In this case, rafts and supports were not necessary. For optimal results, I suggest printing the design at 101% its actual size to ensure a secure fit on the device itself. My prints typically still fit snugly at this size, so you can experiment with increasing it up to 102% if needed for a tighter fit. Please note that this design is not intended for commercial use.
